Coordinates (J2000): 7h 26m 14; +12° 21' - North is up

Remarks: The Medusa nebula, known scientifically as Abell 21, is an old planetary nebula some 1,500 light-years away. It is estimated to be over 4 light-years across.


Telescope and camera: Newton 400mm, f 2.5, Focal length 1020 mm, ASA 3" Reducer 0,73x, CDS-5D, ISO 800

Mount: ASA DDM 85, Software: Autoslew V5.1, Sequence V9

Exposure: 12x 5min

Date and Conditions: March 19 2020, conditions pretty good, stars up to 5m8
