Constellation:  Cepheus

Coordinates (J2000): 22h 55m 40; +62° 25' - North is left

Remarks: Sh2-155, the Cave Nebula is an emission nebula in Cepheus. The H-Alpha Filter does pretty well with this object. The bluish reflection nebula on top is vdB 155


Telescope and camera: ASA 10", f 3.6, Focal length 900 mm, SBIG St-8300M, 8x Filterwheel

Mount: ASA DDM 85, Software: Autoslew V5.1, Sequence V9

Exposure: H-Alpha 16x10 min, RGB each 16 x 5min, total about 6,5 hours

Date and Conditions: August 18 and August 22, 2012, Engelhardsberg, Germany - stars to 5m6 on both nights, Average FWHM 2,5" (CCDInspector V2.5)
